Summer is almost here!

YES! All you need is a drop of “THREE AND ONE” oil ( available at virtually all hardware & grocery stores. ). Just place a drop on each spring on both ends of the spring and your Cellerciser will quiet right up!!

Joints and how Rebounding Helps!

One of the many topics of benefit with use of the Cellerciser is the influence it has on the skeletal system.  It is widely understood that the skeletal system can not support itself.  It is supported by the muscles, ligaments, and tendons.  When the supporting tissue is compromised through damage and/or weaknesses, we can develop joint and posture issues.  The most prevalent being knee, hip, back and shoulders problems.  A common approach to a weakened or compromised condition is to go to the doctor who often specializes in treating the condition with a shot, pill, or surgery.  Although this is a common approach, far too often it addresses the symptom and not the cause of the problem.

When the supporting muscles and ligaments fail to adequately support the joint then we end up with too much pressure on the joint.  The resulting lack of circulation can cause loss in synovial fluid and soft tissue can deteriorate.  With Cellercise we address the supporting muscles and ligaments first.  Through specific movements on the Cellerciser, we strengthen the supporting muscles and ligaments while increasing circulation back to the joints.  A common result is that the pressure to the joint is relieved and knees, hips, shoulders and back improve in health, strength, and flexibility.  Throughout the decades of working in the mini-trampoline industry, I have seen what many would deem miraculous recoveries in joint and back issues simply by using the Cellerciser.  When approached correctly, the Cellerciser provides a gentle massaging affect that stimulates circulation without jarring or over stretching.

For example, shoulder issues can be dramatically improved using the Cellerciser in the following way.  With arms bent, and elbows extended to the front, gently bouncing up and down will cause a great deal of virtual massaging to the deltoids (shoulders) at the cellular level.  After a few moments with the elbows extended forward, move the elbows to an upward position (never forcing), after another few moments move the elbows out to the side and hold for a few moments.  Repeat the process using several repetitions.  The advantage of using the Cellerciser is that the movement up and down circulates fluids up and down and through the tissue.  The negative pressure within the lymphatic system coupled with the one way valves creates movement while increasing circulation to the joint and tissue area.  The overall effect is that it can open up the shoulder with very little discomfort.  When surgery is necessary, physical therapists often use the Cellerciser for rehabilitation purposes.  If for example the right elbow has had surgery and or is stiff, a Cellercise recipient can support the right elbow with the left hand while gently moving up and down on the Cellerciser.  The increase in circulation will promote faster healing and greater flexibility.  This represents one of the many techniques demonstrated in our Personal Trainer section of our DVD, “Cellercise…the Ultimate Exercise!”  www.cellercise.com
